We can even offer you a free sit-down consultation to go through your medicines in private counselling area or in our consulting room, to help you understand your medicines or those of your loved ones.
This service is funded fully by the government at no cost to you each year.

Home Medicine Reviews
We can organise an even more thorough check of all your prescriptions and medicines in your home at a time
that is convenient for you.
To have a Home Medicines Review, your doctor needs to fill in a referral form.
The review gives you the opportunity to ask questions about your medication, better understand the function and purpose of the medicines, and know when and how to take your medicines and where to store them correctly.
In turn, this service assists your doctor to ensure they know what you are taking, including medicines that may have been prescribed by specialists, other doctors, optometrists, dentists or nurse prescribers. It can also help to amend their list of medicines that they think you are taking, and what you no longer take, as well as proving an extra check for any interactions or precautions with any medicines, and helpful suggestions or double checks to ensure you are getting the safest and most effective medication available.
 

Return of Unwanted Medicines Program
Don’t throw your old medicines down the drain, or in the bin for someone to discover or misuse. Dispose of them correctly and safely, by bringing them to us, and they will be destroyed in the correct way. Used syringes/sharps unfortunately need to be returned to your local council who run this service.
 

Parcelpoint
Never home when the courier comes to drop off your online purchase?
Have to return that ebay item that wasn’t what you wanted?
Check online with them and see if they use Parcelpoint as a drop-off or pick-up point!
If so, get it delivered or picked up from Core Pharmacy Tullamarine Parcelpoint, conveniently available at all opening hours here in the pharmacy.

Quick Script Management
Why not store your prescriptions on file with us?
When you need a script, simply call us, or use the eRx App, and they will be ready to collect when you come in.
No losing your prescriptions! No waiting to get them dispensed! That has to make life easier!
If all your prescriptions are stored in the one place, we are also able to fully manage and keep track of your
Safety Net, letting you know when you’re are eligible for greater savings on your medicines.
And if you ever need your medicines when interstate or away, simply call us with the details of the nearest
Pharmacy, or get them to call us, and we can simply fax your prescription to them so you can collect it straight away. We will sort out the rest with the other Pharmacy,
while you go back to enjoying your holiday! That has to make life easier!
 

eRx Express Scripts
Order your prescriptions easily and quickly via your smartphone on our eRx express App. Simply scan the barcode on your prescription using the app, and then come in at your preferred time, hand over script, and it

Pharmacist Signatures and Statutory Declarations
Our Pharmacists can sign your legal documents where permitted by the law. Due to the fact most Pharmacies have ceased signing these forms, we do have a large number of signatures each day. As this distracts from our core focus of looking after the health and medicine needs of the community, we do charge for these services to ensure we can have enough staff to do these. We do have a limit of 5 signatures per visit, to ensure we can focus on heath rather than clerical services.
 

TAC/Workcover Accounts
We can directly bill TAC or any Workcover Authority for prescriptions you have that are paid for under you claim. Simply give us you claim number, and we can check which medication can be claimed, and do this directly.
